اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی با رویکرد تحلیل ارتباط متقابل بر افزایش امید در دختران نوجوان تحت درمان با متادون

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of group therapy with transactional analysis (TA) on increasing life expectancy in teenage girls undergoing methadone treatment. The study design was experimental and pretest-posttest with control group. To this end, 30 people were selected purposefully through a lot: then randomly assigned to two groups of 15: control group and experimental group. Treatment group intervention with a cross-linking analysis approach was performed on experimental group in 10 sessions of 2 hours in one session per week. The instrument used in this study was Omid Schneider's questionnaire, which was performed pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using one-way analysis of covariance. The findings showed that after treatment group with transactional analysis approach, the life expectancy score of the experimental group increased, which was statistically significant (p< 0.001). Based on the results, it is suggested that this type of treatment be considered for increasing the life expectancy and improving the mental health of adolescents undergoing methadone treatment. &nbsp;
